Actor Lamas to Lead ‘Ride Sober’ Benefit

Actor Lorenzo Lamas (“Renegade”) will lead his third annual “Ride Sober for Life” on Sunday. The 60-mile motorcycle ride, from Newhall to the Queen Mary in Long Beach, benefits the World Children’s Transplant Fund, which provides technology, teaching and training for doctors and others involved in pediatric organ transplantation.
Check-in for the event is 8-10 a.m. at Accessories Unlimited, 24508 Lyons Ave., Newhall. Registration is $40. The ride is slated to begin at 10:15 a.m.
