2 on Ethics Panel Leaving

WASHINGTON — Sens. Richard H. Bryan of Nevada and Barbara A. Mikulski of Maryland, two of the three Democrats on the Senate Ethics Committee, will leave the panel as soon as replacements are found. Aides said Wednesday that the two are leaving after the grueling investigation of former Sen. Bob Packwood (R-Ore.) because they believe they have served long enough.
