In the Citrus water polo tournament:
Golden West 14, Citrus 6--Andre Araujo scored five goals in the title game for Golden West. The Rustlers (16-1-1), ranked No. 1 in the state, set the tone early, scoring five in the first quarter and leading, 8-3, at the half.
Earlier, Golden West beat Ventura, 12-4, in a semifinal. George Davitiani had three goals in that victory.
Long Beach 9, Saddleback 8--Jason Ernisse and Tetsuro Ono each scored twice, but Saddleback was outscored, 2-1, in the fourth quarter and finished sixth in the tournament.
Earlier, Saddleback rallied from a 6-3 halftime deficit to tie Chaffey, 8-8. Ernisse scored three goals for Saddleback.
