This is the third (1939) and most fondly remembered of the screen adaptations of A.E.W. Mason’s Sudanese battle story in which a Britisher must prove that he’s not a coward. Aubrey Smith and a stalwart supporting cast (AMC Monday at 6:30 p.m. and early Tuesday at 1:30 a.m.).
