The Esplanade Mall in Oxnard will double as a neighborhood for trick-or-treaters on Oct. 31, featuring a special Halloween parade, music and entertainment.
The festivities will begin at 4:30 p.m. with a rendition of Charles Schultz’s “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” for children 12 and under.
Following the play at 5 p.m., special Halloween guides will escort children through the mall in a Halloween parade. The parade is open to children 12 and under, and they will be able to collect treats from participating stores until 8 p.m. or while supplies last.
The Esplanade will also host a Halloween concert featuring Beckwith and Tower. The performance will combine music and mischief in a variety show for all children. The performance begins at 6:30 p.m. at the mall’s center court.
