Rockwell to Sell Back Kopin Corp. Shares

SEAL BEACH — Kopin Corp., a Massachusetts maker of laptop computer screens, said it has repurchased 300,000 of its own shares from Rockwell International Corp. at $13.65 per share.
Under terms of the agreement, the Seal Beach aerospace company will deliver certain materials to Kopin and waive debt that Kopin owes Rockwell. Kopin shares were trading around $16.75 on the Nasdaq market Thursday.
