In the Division XI final:
Morro Bay 51, Templeton 15--Greg Payne and Peter Giannini scored two touchdowns each for Morro Bay which won its first Southern Section championship, at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
The Pirates blew the game open in the second half when Payne caught a 27-yard touchdown pass from Will Clark and then returned an Eagle fumble 54 yards to put Morro Bay up, 31-0.
