Philip Morris Cos. Names New CEO of Kraft International: Louis C. Camilleri, 40, succeeds John M. Keenan, who will serve as chairman of the division until he retires in early 1996, Philip Morris said. Camilleri was promoted from senior vice president for corporate planning at New York-based Philip Morris. He will report to James M. Kilts, Philip Morris executive vice president for worldwide food. Kraft Foods International Inc., maker of Marlboro cigarettes, Kraft cheese and Miller beer, is also being restructured into four regional units: Kraft Jacobs Suchard Western Europe; Kraft Jacobs Suchard Northern Europe; Kraft Jacobs Suchard Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa; and Kraft Foods Asia/Pacific. Philip Morris Chief Executive Geoffrey C. Bible said the realignment will let Kraft Foods “maximize the potential of Kraft Jacobs Suchard’s operations, which have grown substantially in size over the last five years.”
