Paz, Krauss, Dotson Lead Orange Past Loara

ORANGE — Holman Paz of Orange made a three-point basket with three seconds left to force overtime and Panthers went on to beat Loara, 58-55, in a first-round game of the Orange Holiday Classic at Chapman University.
Brian Krauss made a three-pointer midway through overtime to put Orange ahead to stay, 56-53. Juan Dotson had 15 points for Orange, which plays San Francisco Riordan in the second round at 5:10 tonight. Orange is 5-4.
Obaid Popal scored 24 points and Neil Thomas had 21 for Loara (7-5).
