Vonusa, from Katella High, has continued to dominate Orange Empire Conference opponents as she did last year, when she won the conference singles title. Vonusa completed conference play undefeated (10-0) by winning in straight sets Thursday at Riverside. She and her sister, Lynn, were also undefeated in doubles. She will now turn her attention to the conference tournament (April 16-20) at Orange Coast and the Ojai tournament (April 25-28).

* Cypress, freshman. She won three games, including pitching the Chargers to a 2-0 victory over Saddleback in the championship game of the College of the Desert tournament.
