Edison High Team Wins Math Meet

Edison High School won the championship at Orange Coast College’s annual mathematics meet at the Costa Mesa junior college. Teams from 14 high schools in Orange County, nearly 100 students in all, took part in the contest. Edison took top honors for the first time since 1991.
Edison’s team was led by Dave Farris, who finished with the highest score in the individual competition. Laguna Hills High School finished second, and Troy High School in Fullerton came in third.
