Boy Almost Drowns in Apartment Pool

ORANGE — An 11-year-old Garden Grove boy was in critical condition at UCI Medical Center on Saturday after nearly drowning in a pool at his apartment complex, a nursing supervisor said.
Peter Pham had been submerged in the pool at the Oakwood Apartments pool for as long as five minutes before being rescued and taken to the medical center Friday evening.
