Parsow Partnership Cuts Stake in Comarco

YORBA LINDA — Parsow Partnership Ltd. and an affiliate cut their stake in Comarco Inc. to 6.4% from 8.2%. The investors sold a net of 56,500 shares at $17.10 to $19.68 during the past two months, according to a document filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Parsow group now holds 302,900 shares in Comarco, a Yorba Linda provider of wireless communications products. Comarco shares closed Tuesday at $19.50, up 12.5 cents in Nasdaq trading.
