OCC Adopts 4-Day Weeks for Summer

To save on utility costs, most of Orange Coast College will be open only four days a week during the summer.
Beginning June 10, the campus will be open Monday through Thursday. Classes will be scheduled only on those days, when campus offices will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Some services, however, will be available five or six days a week.
For example, the community education office, which sponsors lectures, workshops and performances that may occur on weekends, will be open Monday through Saturday.
