In reality, it’s the New York City borough that often makes headlines with gunfights and arson. But on the Internet, the Bronx is a wonderland featuring a glistening Bronx Zoo, the lush New York Botanical Garden and the Arthur Avenue Italian district.
The World Wide Web site, launched this week, is meant to attract tourists. And it seems to be working. In its first 72 hours, more than 500 people visited the site, nearly 100 of them from abroad, according to the New York Times. The site is at https://www.ilovethebronx.com/
