A 25-year-old man was killed Wednesday night while apparently doing motorcycle stunts in a supermarket parking lot, police said.
Hughes Market employee Norman Pryce of Laguna Hills was “popping wheelies” in the lot shortly after finishing his shift at 10 p.m., according to Sheriff’s Lt. Jay Mendez.
Pryce apparently lost control of his motorcycle and rammed into one of the support pillars of the market, at 23641 Moulton Parkway, Mendez said.
Pryce, who was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, was performing stunts in front of a group of co-workers when he crashed, according to Lt. Tom Garner.
