Court-Martial Hears About ‘Intense’ Affair

A woman who says she is an Air Force major’s former lover testified during a court-martial that she and the officer had an “intense” lesbian relationship. Pamela Dillard, a civilian, said she and Maj. Debra L. Meeks met in Virginia and continued a relationship even after Meeks was transferred to Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. Meeks, 41, is charged with sodomy in the alleged affair, and with conduct unbecoming to an officer for allegedly threatening Dillard with a gun. Meeks denies the allegations.
