Deputies to Monitor Intersection’s Traffic

The Sheriff’s Department wants to make driving safer at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Duesenberg Drive in Thousand Oaks.
That’s why the intersection has been designated as the Traffic Tip of the Week, said Sgt. Ken Bailey of the sheriff’s Thousand Oaks Traffic Bureau.
Continuing through Saturday, deputies will cite drivers who violate speed and other traffic laws near the intersection, Bailey said.
By aggressively enforcing traffic laws, deputies hope to reduce the number of accidents at the intersection, he said.
