What: Food, diapers, clothes, shoes, emergency supplies, monetary donations and volunteers needed for Thanksgiving gift giving.
Where: Home Front Church, 808 W. Commonwealth Ave.
Mission: To feed about 700 homeless people on Thanksgiving Day and provide them with supplies, including toiletries, socks, knit caps, jackets and blankets.

What: Volunteers needed from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
Where: Main Street Library Branch, 535 Main St.
Mission: To help with front-desk duties, shelve library materials, prepare bulletin boards and help patrons in finding books and other materials.
