NuOasis Absorbs Unit

IRVINE — NuOasis Gaming Inc.’s board approved the acquisition of National Pools Corp. Terms were not disclosed.
National Pools, which markets a program that allows Super Lotto players to join pools with other lottery players, will become a unit of NuOasis, a subsidiary of Irvine-based Nona Morelli’s II Inc.
NuOasis said the transaction is expected to close by early next month.
