Paychex Acquires Olsen

SANTA ANA — Paychex Inc. of Rochester, N.Y., said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Olsen Computer Systems Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Santa Ana-based Olsen Computer Systems licenses computer software and anticipates annual revenue of about $2.5 million. Paychex operates payroll service centers and reported revenue of $85.9 million for the fiscal year ended May 31.
