Bizarre Case: An eighth-grader who ran away from her Lancaster home, Kimberly Lane and two older men found themselves charged with murder last year after three people turned up dead in remote Golden Valley, Ariz. Now Lane has given birth to a child apparently fathered by co-defendant Frank Anderson, 48, formerly of Palmdale. Mohave County (Ariz.) sheriff’s officials said Lane, 15, delivered Rebecca Lynn Thompson on Sunday at Kingman Medical Center. The baby was placed with Lane’s mother, Amy Thompson of Chino Valley, Ariz. Says sheriff’s official Jody Schanaman: “The whole thing is bizarre.”
