Art Linkletter to Host ‘Artists’ Cancer Benefit

Art Linkletter will serve as master of ceremonies and Carol Channing, John and Bonnie Raitt and Maureen McGovern are among the entertainers scheduled for “Artists in Support of Cancer Research,” a June 7 gala benefiting UCLA’s Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center.
The black-tie event, which includes a silent auction of works by top contemporary artists, including Robert Graham, Laddie John Dill, Chuck Arnold, Ed Moses and Peter Alexander, begins at 6 p.m.
