Vivian Engelbrecht, a charter member of Anaheim’s Community Services Board, has been named an emeritus member.
The City Council in 1991 created the position of emeritus member on the Community Services Board.
The first to hold the title was Margaret Sullivan, appointed by the council in 1991.
Engelbrecht, who recently turned 90, has been involved in civic affairs for 20 years.
