ANAHEIM — Details Inc. acquired NTI, a Colorado-based manufacturer of printed circuit boards. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Details said the acquisition more than doubles its manufacturing capacity to about 160,000 square feet.
Details, which is owned by Bain Capital Inc., Chase Capital Partners LP and management, provides prototype and pre-production printed circuit boards to the electronics industry.
