Hiram Johnson rushed for 151 yards and a touchdown in 26 carries for Quartz Hill (3-5-1, 0-3-1).
Johnson had the game’s first score on a two-yard run in the first quarter.
Clifton Herbert gave the Rebels a 13-7 lead with a 56-yard interception return with 4:49 to play in the third quarter.
Daniel Pagnella rushed for 124 yards in 19 carries for Lancaster (3-5-1, 0-3-1).
