Quality’s MicroMed Makes First Sale

TUSTIN — A subsidiary of Quality Systems Inc. said Thursday that it has signed an agreement with a Chicago eye care company to provide practice management services for outpatient work.
The agreement with NovaMed Eyecare Management LLC is the first sale by Quality’s MicroMed Healthcare Information Systems Inc. in Atlanta to a physician practice management company.
Terms of the deal weren’t released.
