Family YMCA Hosting Good Friday Breakfast

The 31st annual Good Friday breakfast, hosted by the Anaheim Family YMCA, will begin at 7 a.m. at the Anaheim Marriott hotel, 700 W. Convention Way.
Joni Eareckson Tada, founder and president of JAF Ministries, an Agoura Hills-based group working with people with disabilities, will speak.
A diving accident in 1967 left Tada a quadriplegic, unable to use her hands. She learned how to paint holding a brush between her teeth, has written 21 books and is an accomplished singer and speaker.
Tickets are $16 a person and will be available on the day of the event. Reservations are suggested and may be faxed to (714) 635-8151.
