Lowell M. Ramseyer; Lawyer Specialized in Malpractice

Lowell Morris Ramseyer, 65, attorney for doctors and institutions in medical malpractice cases. A native of Elkton, Mich., Ramseyer served in the Army Air Corps and then studied political science and law at USC, where he was student body president for the School of Public Administration. After working as a deputy city attorney in Los Angeles, he joined what is now the firm of Harrington, Fox, Dubrow & Canter. At the time of his death, he was one of the firm’s four senior partners.
