The International Festival of Methode Champenoise will hold six events in Santa Barbara this weekend, with the focus on Champagne and other sparkling wines. Beginning with a vertical retrospective dinner at the University Club on Friday and ending with a Champagne brunch at Cha^teau Miraflores at the Music Academy of the West on Sunday, the festival offers tastings, educational seminars, a wine auction and dinner dance. Saturday’s events will be held at the Four Seasons Biltmore.
