Environmental Products Acquires Oregon Mine

Environmental Products & Technologies Corp. in Thousand Oaks has completed the acquisition of a diatomaceous earth mine in Harper Valley, Ore.
“With this acquisition, we now own 640 acres with an estimated [deposit of] 350,000 tons of diatomaceous earth, which equates to a 50-year supply of the key ingredient of our insecticide products,” said company President Marvin Mears.
Environmental Products & Technologies focuses on solving environmental problems while enhancing the productivity of farming and livestock-raising operations in the United States.
