Jim Montemer will serve his second consecutive term as president of the Rossmoor Community Services District.
Elected four years ago, Montemer, 46, is expected to oversee long-awaited repairs to the Rossmoor signature wall.
The $1-million project, which will provide seismic reinforcement and replace dilapidated portions, should go out for bid this spring, said James S. Mocalis, general manager of the unincorporated community of 11,000.
Board member Jim Alexander, 60, will serve for the first time as the board’s vice president.
