Tustin Biotechnology Firm Names Ex-CEO Chairman

Techniclone Corp., a developer of experimental treatments for cancer, named Thomas R. Testman chairman. Testman, a health-care industry consultant and retired partner at the Ernst & Young accounting firm, had been interim chief executive at the Tustin biotechnology company until the firm named Larry Bymaster president and chief executive in mid-May.
The company also said Bymaster will assume a position on the board of directors, which has been increased from five to seven members.
