Trustees Consider Another Bond Plan

Conejo Valley school trustees may decide next week to place another bond measure before voters in the fall.
District officials said Wednesday they will recommend at Tuesday’s board meeting that trustees approve a resolution ordering a school bond election for November. It would be the third such ballot measure in a year.
The amount and terms of the bond will depend on what projects are included in the package, which will be announced at the Tuesday meeting, school officials said.
Voters rejected a $97-million bond last November and again in April, when 63% of voters were in favor. Bonds require a two-thirds margin for passage.
