Murder Lands Gang Leader on Death Row

The leader of a gang of white teenagers who called themselves the Lords of Chaos and plotted to shoot black tourists at Disney World was condemned to death for the shotgun murder of a high school band director. Kevin Foster, 20, was found guilty in March of first-degree murder. Circuit Judge Isaac Anderson sentenced Foster in a Fort Myers court to die in the electric chair for the April 1996 slaying of Riverdale High School teacher Mark Schwebes.
