Reward Posted for Leads on Suspect in Bank Heist

Bank of America announced a reward Tuesday of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the third suspect wanted for a takeover-style robbery last year at its University Village branch that netted thieves $722,000.
The crime occurred at about 9 a.m. Nov. 6 at the Bank of America at 985 W. Jefferson Blvd., said bank spokeswoman Barbara Robinson.
Los Angeles police Officer David Mack, 36, and a teller supervisor at the bank branch, Errolyn Romero, 26, were arrested for their alleged roles in the crime and are awaiting trial.
Investigators are seeking an accomplice, described as a black man in his mid 20s, about 5 feet 11 inches and weighing 190 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
