2 Killed, 1 Injured in 2-Vehicle Collision

FILLMORE — Two people were killed Sunday night when a truck collided with a sedan on California 23 near Bardsdale, authorities said.
A third victim was in critical condition after the accident, a California Highway Patrol spokeswoman said.
Details of the accident, which was reported at 9:18 p.m., were sketchy, but CHP officials confirmed that two unidentified victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident occurred in the southbound lane near Pasadena Avenue.
An ambulance was on the scene about 9:45 p.m., preparing to transport the injured victim to a nearby hospital, the spokeswoman said.
