Man Shot to Death at Apartment Complex

PACOIMA — A 25-year-old man was fatally shot Thursday night after an argument outside an apartment complex in the 12000 block of Sheldon Street, police said Friday.
Foothill Division police officers responding to reports of a shooting about 10:25 p.m. Thursday found the body of Alfredo Torres of Pacoima with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics, police said.
The victim had been arguing with unidentified people in the parking lot of the apartment complex, investigators said.
Police have not determined a motive for the killing and no arrests have been made.
