City officials gave the final go-ahead to Lutheran High School to expand its campus on North Santiago Boulevard. Neighbors had objected to the plan, saying that increasing the student body from 682 to 950 would make parking in the area intolerable. But City Council members unanimously agreed last week that the high school has the parking issue under control. A neighbor who filed the appeal of the Planning Commission’s approval of the project said he plans to turn to the courts to halt the expansion.
