Parents and community members are encouraged to attend the Irvine Unified School District meeting at 7:30 tonight, the first of three meetings that will help the district map out its future. Through the meetings, the school board will review the district’s financial situation and discuss various problems and alternatives to address them. The meeting will be held at district headquarters, 5050 Barranca Parkway. Information: (949) 936-5251.
