The ginkgo biloba, a prehistoric tree on a parcel of land where a community center is being built, may soon become the symbol of the $22.5-million complex. Council members recommended at a recent meeting that a leaf from the tree be used as the center’s logo. The council will take action on the matter at its meeting Monday. Information: (949) 707-2600.
