Obstacles to Voting

* Having clerked on the city election board on April 13 at a Westside middle school, I saw two major problems confronting voters:
1) Parking on one side of the street only; the other side was reserved for bus parking.
2) The constant patrolling of parking enforcement angered voters, who resented being cited for trying to do their civic duty.
