The South Orange County Chambers of Commerce will hold a South Seas-themed after-hours regional business mixer Aug. 18. The event will include live music, a bar and Polynesian food. The group is an 800-member organization representing businesses within Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita and Aliso Viejo. The event will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at ManorCare Palm Terrace, 24962 Calle Aragon, Laguna Hills. $10; $8 members. Information: (949) 830-1100.
