High school students with average grades of B or better and college students with average grades of B-plus or better are eligible for a $1,000 college scholarship. Two hundred fifty winners will be selected on the basis of academic performance, involvement in extracurricular activities and some consideration of financial need.
Applications must be requested by March 16 from the Educational Communications Scholarship Foundation, 721 N. McKinley Road, P.O. Box 5012, Lake Forest, IL 60045-5012. Applicants also can send requests by fax to (847) 295-3972 or by e-mail to https://www.scholarecsf.org.
