Litton Industries of Woodland Hills has appointed D. Michael Steuert as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Steuert, who previously served as chief financial officer for GenCorp, holds degrees in physics and business administration from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh. He is a founding member of the university’s Council on Finance, the Conference Board’s Council of CFOs and past director of the Northeast Ohio Financial Executives Institute.
Litton produces electronic, defense and information systems and designs and builds warships for the U.S. and other navies.

Iwerks Entertainment Inc. of Burbank announced the appointment of Jeff Dahl as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Dahl, most recently Iwerks’ vice president and controller, assumed his new duties Feb. 5. His job now is to concentrate on the company’s growth strategy in the areas of strategic planning and joint venture development, as well as investor relations and legal affairs.
Iwerks provides high-tech entertainment systems, support services and film-based software for large-format, ride simulation and specialty venue attractions.
