Megan Aaker/Basketball, Laguna Hills/Freshman
Aaker scored 12 points, had nine of Laguna Hills’ 11 fourth-quarter points, and made five of six free throws--including four in the final 39 seconds--to lift the Hawks past Costa Mesa, 43-40, and into first place in the Pacific Coast League. A point guard averaging only 1.8 turnovers, Aaker averaged only 6.4 points and had made only six of 12 free throws before her clutch performance.

Had four goals, three assists as Wolverines remained tied with Laguna Hills for first place.

Averaged 4.6 goals as unseeded Cougars took second in Southern California Invitational.

Scored 20 to lift Eagles into first place with 50-46 win over rival Downey Calvary Chapel.
