Centris Delays Results Pending Sale of Unit

Centris Group Inc. said it is postponing the release of its fourth quarter and yearly results until March because of the pending sale of its USF RE Insurance Co. unit. Costa Mesa-based Centris sells insurance policies that cover medical bills in excess of $50,000 for employers who run their own group-health plans.
