Due to the Presidents Day holiday Monday, the City Council will hold its meeting Tuesday. To be discussed will be diagonal parking in Old Town, which was installed in March 1998 for a six-month trial period. The council will be asked to authorize the city’s staff to figure out the costs associated in making the change permanent.
