The City Council this week postponed until March a debate over whether to adopt tougher regulations for Anaheim’s massage businesses. Councilwoman Shirley McCracken asked for the continuance to give the council the opportunity to hold a study session with massage operators and technicians, the Police Department and hotel industry members. The council will also have more time to review three versions of a proposed new ordinance.
