The city’s Planning Commission unanimously approved a plan to convert a former Bank of America into a retail complex that would include up to three fast-food restaurants. A West Hollywood-based firm received permission Wednesday to make the changes to the 6,239-square-foot building at 7855 La Palma Ave. The group plans to have spaces for six tenants.
